This position will manage the health plan implementation software configuration environment and migration resources. Work with cross-functional, internal teams to manage deployment migration, documenting and ensuring that the setup and business logic is synchronized between the 2 environments. Validate configured processes and operations and work with team to ensure quality of data.
  • Ensure phase migrations are documented and approved by stakeholders
  • Coordinate unit testing and validations.
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, sprint schedule and quality.
  • Support migration path for release to production, coordinating between configuration and technical teams.
  • Coordinate release content based on service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, and operating systems updates.
  • Maintain a configuration/release repository (Jira) and manages key information such as, configuration, test and release procedures, dependencies and notification lists.
  • Develop script and automation tools used to maintain (Jira), configure, integrate and deploys releases to various platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendor and internal IT Infrastructure group to report, escalate, and resolve environment issues.
  • Communicate all key backlog, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, sprint schedule and scope changes to business owners/leads.
  • Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone/sprint reviews and business go/no-go reviews.
  • Lead and coordinate go-live activities against a timeline, including the execution of the deployment plans and checklist.
  • Manage resources to manually migrate configurations between environments.
  • Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches, timelines and code merges. 
Experience and Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in software migration and best practices, preferably with an enterprise platform.
  • Relevant work experience in Analysis, Technical Support, Consulting, Workflow Management or Project Management roles.
  • Ability to think strategically about business processes, organizational change and system integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both business and technical acumen, as well as multitasking and quick-learner capabilities.
