The Business Analyst for Digital Channels is responsible for detailed analysis, use case definition, requirements gathering, test planning and execution, process design, and professionally presenting findings.  Concentrating on the suite of products and services that comprise digital banking (online, mobile and tablet) consumer and corporate/cash management solutions, this individual will work cross-functionally with multiple project teams, front line producers (Relationship Managers, and Bankers), clients, technology, operations and vendors. 
This position involves the integration of Personal Financial Management tools and data feeds with digital banking services. Technical familiarity with API design and how APIs are employed in system integration is preferred.
-Develop a detailed end-to-end understanding of the applicable digital services offered and related technical and process infrastructure.  Includes detailed use cases and documentation of client interactions and related system processes/ interfaces.  Includes working as an effective liaison between the front office, business units, operations and technology to ensure that client needs are addressed while maintaining alignment to goals and strategy.
-Complete high-quality analysis and detailed documentation to facilitate effective decision making, client/ Banker communication, and consistent project execution and delivery.  Provide business partners, vendors and projects with guidance and high quality documentation/ resources . 
- Develop deep understanding of business and/or clients’ use of online banking and cash management systems.  Document general and segment-specific use cases, requirements and associated communication materials for satisfied, target and gap functionality.
During the implementation phase of the project, work directly with developers and integration specialists to design, configure and test applications to ensure functionality is delivered as expected and as described in the business requirements.
Experience & Skills
-Business/ process analysis required, web services preferred, mobile (smart phone, tablet) services experience a plus
-Technical knowledge and experience of the design/use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
-Experience in the integration of 3rd party Personal Financial Management / Data Aggregation services is preferred
-3+ years of banking experience
-3+ years of technology delivery with applied experience in agile/Scrum development methods preferred
-Experience with data analytics tools
-Experience analyzing and writing business & functional requirements and analysis and documentation of operational workflows and system process flows
-Experience developing complex use cases and user stories
-Experience designing wire frames
-Detailed understanding of digital banking products and services (online banking, mobile banking)
-Strong business orientation with broad experience with banking processes, technology and change initiatives
Education: Bachelors degree
