As part of the Information Services team, drives the vision to create an industry leading, client-centric wealth technology experience. The team is looking for forward thinking, action oriented individuals to help drive the implementation and development of innovative, cutting-edge solutions. 
This position is part of the project team that is looking to train client facing individuals on the facets of OnBase as we migrate from shared folders to OnBase.
The OnBase Trainer works with the project team to learn the document types and general client account process in order to build specific training materials for first-time OnBase users to replace their current use of shared folders with OnBase access and functionality.
The OnBase Trainer will also be expected to deliver in person and web-based training across the field in a variety of locations in line with the training & migration schedule.
  • Collaborate with project, business and technology partners to jointly identify training needs.
  • Producing and maintain training materials that are consistent, comprehensive and easily digestible.
  • Help communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications to employees so that issues, solutions, and benefits are easily understood.
  • Help establish training best practices benefiting all aspects of the OnBase rollout.
  • Communicate results and insights with project teams and stakeholders (e.g., through live presentations and ongoing analysis/reports).
  • Develop messaging and materials to help FRB employees communicate the benefits of new technology and training.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in OnBase training preferably in wealth management or banking
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in communications and training; launching new products to the field
  • OnBase certification preferred
  • Understanding of wealth management business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Strong orientation to clients and client service, including demonstrated ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge communicate effectively
